C. Annamalai is a faculty of information and communication technology. He has served as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Information Technology at SAACE affiliated to Anna University. He has been involved in teaching and research in the following areas:
1. Network Design, Security and Management
2. TCP/IP and Socket Programming
3. Formal Languages and Automata
4. Database Management Systems
5. Compiler Design
6. Computer Architecture
Further, he has served at College of Engineering Guindy (CEG), Anna University as a Research Assistant ( Research and Development). Presently he is working at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
